Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement financial, operational, and compliance audits to ensure adherence to relevant standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Assess internal controls and identify areas for improvement, recommending process enhancements as needed.
  • Review financial reports and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Prepare clear, concise audit reports with appropriate conclusions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information and stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and auditing standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • 1-4 years of experience in audit roles within a public accounting firm or internal audit department.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit software (e.g., CaseWare, IDEA).
