Our organization is seeking a seasoned Costing & Finance Manager to join our team. As a vital member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving financial efficiency and decision-making.

Job Description:

The Costing & Finance Manager will be responsible for analyzing and managing the financial aspects of our operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate cost sheets for products/services, including direct and indirect cost components.
  • Conducting detailed analysis of costs to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommending optimization strategies.
  • Tracking and updating costs for raw materials, labor, overhead, and other expenses in real-time.
  • Collaborating with procurement and production teams to ensure cost efficiency in sourcing and manufacturing.
  • Comparing actual costs with budgets/estimates and investigating variances to propose corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • MBA/CA and ICWA qualifications or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in cost analysis, business finance, or management accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Pharmacloud).
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
