Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in client acquisition, account management, project execution, and promoting National Pension System (NPS).

  • Create and execute plans to achieve business targets and expand our customer base.
  • Promote NPS to corporate and retail clients through strategic partnerships and outreach initiatives.
  • Develop new leads through referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Prospect, engage, and onboard top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs) to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate terms and manage client implementation to ensure seamless servicing.
  • Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions to enhance customer understanding and adoption.
  • Provide exceptional client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Stay updated with PFRDA guidelines and industry best practices to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements

We're looking for:

  • Fresh Graduates – 2025 Batch Pass-Outs with a strong academic record.
  • Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, or Relationship Management with a proven track record of success.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred, but not necessary.
