Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to play a key role in integrating and mapping customer data from client source systems to our industry-leading platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients and/or ISW project managers to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integration.
  • Effectively communicate with ISW project managers and customers to keep projects on target.
  • Continually drive improvements in the data migration process.
  • Collaborate via phone and email with clients and/or ISW project managers throughout the conversion/integration process.
  • Demonstrate collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Hold a clear understanding of cloud and application integrations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ensure client's data is converted/integrated accurately and within deadlines established by ISW project managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a professional services organization or other related field.
  • Experience performing reconciliations of large/complex spreadsheets from multiple sources in Excel or Microsoft Access.
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in accounting, finance, computer science, or equivalent data transformation experience.
  • Excellent English written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Solutions-focused approach to creative problem-solving.
  • Experience with the basics of equity administration topics a plus.
