Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing data integrations for global people applications.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in data integration architecture and tools will enable us to streamline our processes and improve the accuracy of our data.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Designing and developing data integrations for global people applications using SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • Collaborating with ITIL process owners to ensure seamless ticket management, resolution, and problem recognition.
  • Utilizing integration monitoring tools and dashboards to detect and respond to integration errors.

You will have top-notch technical skills, including experience with CPI and BTP development, as well as proficiency in SAP Data Integration Architecture & Tools, BTP, API, REST, and EDI. Your understanding of ITIL processes and ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical team members will be valuable assets in this role.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CPI and BTP Development, including design and development of CPI integration iFlows.
  • Experience working in a product-centric, Agile Team, familiar with Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.
  • Understanding of HR applications like Employee Central, recruitment, learning, and payroll is critical for this role.
  • SAP Data Integration Architecture & Tools, BTP, API, REST, Inbound and Outbound, XML, JSON, HTTP, EDI, Encryption, Groovy, Secure File Transfer Protocol, SOAP, HANA.
  • Experience with SAP BTPs security artifacts (encryption, decryption, SSH keys, OAUTH 2.0).
  • Experience with EDI integrations, API management.
  • Experience with Event Mesh and Advanced Event Mesh is desired.
