  1. 5+ years of experience in operations, with a strong focus on research, campaign management, or lead generation.
  2. At least 3 years of team leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
  3. Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking performance.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with UK-based stakeholders.
  5. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and oversee team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with UK clients or managing UK-based campaigns.
  • Exposure to marketing data or CRM tools.
  • Background in sales, business development, or lead generation.
