Job Description

Sales General Managers own the profitability of micro territories, driving business growth by monitoring conversion funnels and delivering monthly targets.

  • Drive sales through skilled business managers ensuring best possible TATs and CSAT delivery.
  • Work on projects to optimize cost, drive efficiency in the sales funnel.
  • Drive productivity of business managers.
  • Own hiring and training of talent building a highly motivated team.
  • Build a team on strong fundamentals and a clear vision.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on new initiatives and central programs.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Seasoned entrepreneur/P&L owner with 5+ years experience in fast-paced setups managing teams.
  • Strong bias for action, customer centricity and deep-dive traits.
  • Hunger and drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven decision making is at the heart of problem-solving approach.
  • Innovative and resourceful in dynamic business environments.
