As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

This position is responsible for administering all aspects of maintenance activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

The incumbent will work closely with operations to resolve technical issues, improve maintenance practices, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Key areas of focus include preventive maintenance planning, supervision of equipment maintenance, vendor performance monitoring, and compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities
  • Supervise maintenance activities for equipment
  • Monitor and manage spare part inventory
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
  • Partner with operations to resolve technical issues and improve maintenance practices

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or certifications in Maintenance Management/Facilities Management are highly desirable.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to read and interpret technical documentation, and have strong leadership skills with experience in team management and vendor coordination. Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations is also essential.
