Job Description

The Senior Data Support Engineer will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers, overseeing the support operations for Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Azure Function Apps. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the support operations for applications and pipelines built on Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Azure Function Apps.
  • Providing technical guidance to resolve complex issues and optimize workflows.
  • Assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring SLA compliance for support tickets.
  • Overseeing the monitoring and maintenance of Azure SQL databases and AKS deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud migration, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Python-based scripts and PySpark jobs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
