Key Finance Leadership Role

This is a senior-level finance leadership position that plays a key role in shaping the financial charter and governance framework of our company.

Job Description:

  • Lead the Corporate Finance function for India and manage external and internal reporting of financial information.
  • Manage monthly close, audits, and procurement process.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP/ IFRS based financial standards, particularly service revenue recognition.
  • Manage Treasury, payment gateway, and Banking relationships.
  • Develop expertise in Financial Models, AOP, and ability to model complex business scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of overall experience and 4 years in finance controllership/tax function.
  • Strong Excel modelling skills.
  • Hands-on expertise on ERP Systems, process implementation, and familiarity with technical accounting standards.
  • Clear understanding of Financial Planning, Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Compliances, Business Growth Strategy.

  • Able to influence key stakeholders and work under pressure while ensuring quality output.
