Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager involves providing strategic financial guidance to the organization. This includes developing and implementing financial plans, analyzing financial data, and identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience working with large datasets and financial modeling tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning certification is highly desirable.
