As a Business Execution Consultant, you will play a key role in maintaining, operating and delivering core front line risk and compliance programs. You will focus on design, enablement and execution of front-line compliance activities. In addition, you will coordinate, execute, and support a variety of front-line compliance activities and controls across CIB businesses globally to meet select Enterprise policy and program governance requirements.

The primary responsibilities revolve around obtaining, sorting, analyzing, understanding and reporting risk management data sets to drive governance, risk reporting and risk mitigation strategies across the portfolio. This includes participating in various assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.

To excel in this role, you will identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics. You will also determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work. Moreover, you will review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.

Other key responsibilities include utilizing independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables, presenting recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business. Additionally, you will exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.

Required skills and qualifications include 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Strong experience executing, leading, and coordinating operational risk and/or compliance programs and governance activities across a global footprint is also necessary.

Additionally, you should have strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management is also required. Furthermore, you should be able to exercise independent judgement to identify and resolve problems with a focus on actionable outcomes.
