Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tele Caller Executive to join our team. As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and make calls to patients for follow-ups or appointment confirmations
  • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors' availability, and OPD timings
  • Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments and follow-ups
  • Maintain records of calls and update patient databases as per protocols
  • Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, and missed appointments
  • Coordinate with reception and OPD staff to ensure smooth communication
  • Escalate any urgent or unresolved issues to the relevant department
Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English
  • Good listening skills with a polite and patient attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or hospital management systems
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
  • Minimum HSC (12th pass)
  • Graduation preferred
  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or hospital clinic front desk preferred
