- Regularly check the common pending folder for staff and employees to ensure no customer requests are pending.
- Conduct random drawer audits to maintain lowest wait times through load balancing and monitoring of pending tokens.

Employee Productivity and Training:
- Analyze employee productivity and implement strategies to improve it.
- Plan and schedule training sessions to enhance employee capabilities.
- Foster a self-learning culture among employees.
