Job Title: Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer

The role of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer is a pivotal position in the construction industry. MEP Engineers play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various buildings and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Create detailed designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality parameters.
  • System Analysis: Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans and effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC design, electrical circuit design, plumbing system design, and building codes.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with experience in high-rise building projects preferred.


Specific Requirements for High-Rise Buildings:
  • High-Rise Building Experience: Familiarity with designing and executing MEP systems for high-rise buildings, considering factors like vertical transportation, fire safety, and energy efficiency.
  • System Integration: Ability to integrate MEP systems with other building systems, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Knowledge of safety protocols and risk management strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
