Technical Expertise

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient professional with 5 years of experience, possessing a strong background in Java and Clojure. This pivotal role requires someone who can bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and new business requirements to define clear, concise, and comprehensive technical specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to translate business requirements into technical designs for applications and features, with a focus on systems built in Java and Clojure.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting complex issues across Java and Clojure-based applications, identifying root causes, and proposing effective solutions.
  • Perform data analysis to support system investigations, identify trends, and validate solution effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain thorough technical documentation, including system architecture, API specifications, process flows, and analysis reports.
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements, especially related to data processing and application logic in Java/Clojure environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience as a Technical Analyst, Software Engineer, or a similar role, with direct exposure to system analysis and development.
  • Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Java development.
  • Demonstrable experience and strong understanding of Clojure programming language and its ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with database concepts (SQL/NoSQL) and querying.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
