HR Systems Implementation Specialist

The role of HR Systems Implementation Specialist is to oversee the end-to-end deployment, updating, customization and integration of all HR modules globally. This individual will be a key player in driving HR technology initiatives, optimizing business processes, and enhancing user experience across the enterprise.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation/updating/modification process for all the HR modules
    • Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
    • Oversee the configuration and customization of HR modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
    • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
    • Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions, both to HR teams and wider global workforce.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support HRMS platforms
    • Proven track record of managing end-to-end implementations (across multiple modules)
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function
    • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with HR implementation and Project Management
  • Knowledge of HR integration with other systems
  • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the HR environment
