As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations on the gaming floor by leading staff, maintaining equipment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure smooth daily floor activities with operational games and attractions.
- Supervise gaming attendants, cashiers, and support staff during shifts to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer flow, manage waiting times, and promptly resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain all equipment properly, reporting and repairing as needed to prevent downtime.
- Assist in stock management for tokens, tickets, and consumables to meet customer demand.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing escalated concerns in a professional manner.
- Educate customers about games, safety rules, and promotions to enhance their experience.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards across the gaming zone, promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to management to drive business growth.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or gaming industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude to ensure excellent guest experiences.
