About the Role

Growth - Functional Lead is a high-profile position within our organization, focusing on accelerating user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our fintech products.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in defining and optimizing growth funnels, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.

Our platform, OneScore, boasts an impressive 4 million monthly active users and 15% daily active users, with an installed base of over 58 million. It offers users free and unlimited access to their bureau scores from CIBIL and Experian, providing features across the credit cycle.

The platform enables customers to deeply understand their creditworthiness and monetize it by launching personal loans. You will be responsible for developing holistic growth strategies covering various acquisition and engagement channels, including our mobile app, website, and personal loan use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for our portfolio, encompassing multiple channels and platforms.
  • Manage and coordinate with key partners, such as Google and Meta, to optimize growth campaigns, platform integrations, and new feature launches.
  • Drive growth through experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners like Google and Meta.
  • Work closely with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • A deep understanding of consumer acquisition, consumer journey, and consumer interaction with digital apps.
  • 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other growth tools.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Expertise in agile project and sprint management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in devising and executing growth strategies that leverage app and web platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, referral programs, and add-on product marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Personal Loan monetization is preferable.
  • Familiarity with fintech products, regulatory environments, and customer behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with growth-related tools and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of programming/scripting for data analysis (Python, R) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
