Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

Wells Fargo is seeking a skilled professional to support the servicing of commercial real estate, construction loans, and problem loans. In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
- Identify opportunities to improve loan processing efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including data entry, payment processing, and loan coding changes
- Monitor and research exception reports, audit the system of record, and process cash management transactions
- Collaborate with supervisors and escalate non-routine client concerns to experienced individuals
- Interact with internal and external customers to resolve concerns and determine the best course of action
- Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters and negotiate settlements
Wells Fargo has entered into an agreement to sell the third-party servicing function of Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) to Trimont Global LLC (Trimont). The sale is expected to close in early 2025. We are continuing to recruit for open positions supporting CMS, but you may also receive an offer from Trimont prior to the Closing Date with similar employment terms and conditions following your Wells Fargo start date.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
