Job Title: Communication Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communication Strategist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing effective communication strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to meet business objectives.
  • Built strong relationships with media contacts, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and execute internal and external communications activities.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • SOWs Management - Ensuring SOWs are met and updated weekly.
  • Content Creation - Creating first drafts of documents – press releases, content briefing templates, media briefing documents, first drafts of responses to media queries, authored articles.
  • Media Outreach - Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, pitching stories, and securing coverage.
  • Project Management - Coordinating and executing internal and external communications projects.
  • Reporting - Providing regular progress reports to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
