Job Title: Electoral Strategist

About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled Electoral Strategist to join our Political Intelligence team in Tamil Nadu.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of the local landscape, fluency in Tamil, and engagement with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor key political developments in assigned regions.
• Conduct primary research through phone calls, focus groups, interviews, and investigative methods.
• Develop detailed reports on state and constituencies.
• Collaborate with client-side individuals.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong data analysis, logical reasoning, and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to structure documents logically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of politics and India's democracy.
• Proficiency in Office suite and G suite software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with the native place of residence's political landscape.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
