Corporate Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at upGrad Rekrut.
Our client is a leading B2B risk assessment fintech company looking for a sales professional to drive business growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Hunt and generate leads with Corporates to meet targets and achieve Company objectives
- Plan, execute, and monitor Sales Operations to attain accelerated growth
- Ensure 100% end-to-end fulfilment for all secured orders
- Program manage cross-functionally to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Support and lead various marketing activities as needed
- Possess a hardworking, fearless, innovative, and strong desire to excel
- Secure appointments and meet Senior Management of clients (CXOs)
- Able to strongly negotiate and close deals
- Make presentations and demonstrate product suites
- Identify opportunities by analyzing Customer needs and propose solutions for overall business enhancement
- Built rapport with clients and maintain relationships with Key personnel
- Share Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly business updates & achievements across products and segments to the Senior Management
A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales is required
Requirements:
- Willing to be an individual contributor, generate leads, and make cold calls
- Prior hardcore field sales experience is necessary
