We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Recruit and engage new business prospects through various channels, including social media and networking events.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the software development industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, including CRM software.
