Business Analyst Position

We seek a highly skilled Business Analyst to support our organization in managing and optimizing data processes.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
  • This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and developing solutions that meet those demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business problems and create effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement efficient data management strategies to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Provide high-quality written and oral communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and precision.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data migration, extraction, and transformation.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its applications is a plus.

  • Data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with data modeling and database design.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
