Job Description:

This role involves assisting in managing technical programs, driving project deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and product goals.

The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in program management, including planning, execution, and communication with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute complex technical programs from ideation to delivery.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and product teams.
  • Risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and track progress.
  • Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing or participating in technical projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of system design or software engineering principles.
