Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AWS Automation QA Engineer to contribute to our team's success.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the JEST framework and AWS services such as Lambda, EventBridge, and SQS along with Typescript and Spring boot.

This role involves designing and implementing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and execute automated tests using the JEST(Java springboot) framework.
  2. Create and maintain test scripts for AWS Lambda functions.
  3. Implement and manage test scenarios for event-driven architectures using AWS EventBridge.
  4. Develop and manage test cases for message queues using AWS SQS.
  5. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  6. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
  7. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Automation QA Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in the JEST framework.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda, EventBridge, and SQS.
  • Familiarity with other AWS services such as DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
