- We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant voice, and the ability to work under pressure.
- The role involves taking calls, providing information to callers, and ensuring that appropriate information is provided while taking a call.
- A successful Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for working in rotational shifts with strict adherence to the given roster with 2 week offs.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring Basic Discipline is maintained on floor, ensuring that the duration of the call is within the standardized Average Time Taken (ATT), and adhering to quality requirements.
