Job Title: Assistant Treasury Manager

**Overview:** The Assistant Treasury Manager plays a vital role in managing and optimizing the organization's short-term liquidity. This position ensures accurate and timely cash management, supporting global financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Monitor cash balances, bank reporting, and maintain treasury dashboards to ensure effective cash management.
  • Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements to inform decision-making.
  • Manage bank relationships and overall liquidity to minimize financial risk.
  • Oversee and manage debt schedules to ensure all obligations are met on time.
  • Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account records to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to gather data for cash forecasting and facilitate banking transactions and approvals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a treasury or cash management function.
  • Proficiency in financial and cash management principles.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Able to handle sensitive information appropriately, including maintaining SOX and audit trails.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on process improvement, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and increasing process efficiencies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • A team player who can effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple departments.
