Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Role Overview:The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong background in administrative tasks.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of our facilities team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day activities, including coordinating with immediate management and vendors
- Direct reporting to Regional Admin Head on day-to-day activities and incident management
- Monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progresses
- Ensure zero incidents on exam days related to admin services
- Help in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members
- Graduate or MBA degree
- Experience in facility operations and management
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Vendor management skills
Must have managed a team and be able to work under extreme pressure.
We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining excellent communication skills.
