Job Title: Facilities Administrator

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong background in administrative tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of our facilities team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including coordinating with immediate management and vendors
  • Direct reporting to Regional Admin Head on day-to-day activities and incident management
  • Monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progresses
  • Ensure zero incidents on exam days related to admin services
  • Help in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members
Requirements:
  • Graduate or MBA degree
  • Experience in facility operations and management
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment
  • Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Vendor management skills

Must have managed a team and be able to work under extreme pressure.
