Job Title: Insurance Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced insurance professional to join our organization as an Assistant Manager-P&C Insurance. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance, Policy Administration, Underwriting, and Team Management.

  • The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in the P&C Insurance industry, with a proven track record of success in submissions, underwriting, and policy administration.
  • They will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience handling a team of 15 to 30 members.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline and be willing to work in a US shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of professionals responsible for policy administration, underwriting, and claims
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and reduce attrition
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution

Requirements:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in the P&C Insurance industry
  • Strong background in property & casualty insurance, policy administration, underwriting, and team management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
