Cinema Manager Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Theatre Operations Management: Oversee daily theatre functions, including staff supervision, customer service, and box office performance.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Manage concessions, technical coordination, and customer-focused service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience working with cinema management systems (POS, ticketing, scheduling software) is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in cinema operations management, preferably with PVR or INOX, is mandatory.
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric with a problem-solving approach.
Additional Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Prior experience in cinema operations management, preferably with PVR or INOX.
