Profile-Shrink Operator

- Location-Jaipur
- Role and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the shrink wrap machine to package products according to specifications.
- Verify product specifications, such as dimensions, weight, and quantity, before initiating the packaging process.
- Load products onto the conveyor belt or assembly line, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
- Adjust machine settings, such as heat and speed, as necessary to achieve the desired shrink wrap results.
- Monitor the machine during operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect packaged products for defects or errors, such as incomplete sealing or misalignment, and take corrective actions if necessary.
- Maintain inventory of shrink wrap materials, such as film rolls and sealing tape, and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the shrink wrap machine, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts, to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries during the operation of the shrink wrap machine.
