Floor Coordinator

To receive the patient in the ward.
- To explain the patient about the admission guidelines and facility of the ward/room.
- To visit every patient, enquire about his or her needs every day.
- To co-ordinate with other departments in attending to the patient's need (housekeeping, engineering, security, dietary, Physiotherapy, billing etc.)
- To keep the ambience neat and tidy.
- To co-ordinate with the doctors regarding the discharge summaries.
- To raise requisition slips for various investigations in Radiology, Pathology and arrange for dispatch of the same to the concerned departments.
- To collect the investigation reports from the labs and radiology on time.
- To arrange for transport (wheel chair, stretchers) by communicating with housekeeping staff/ call 500 (lift) to send the patient for different investigation, consultation or to the Operation Theatre.
- To maintain required stock of stationary items and patient case sheet papers.
- To help the patient's attenders and visitors regarding their queries.
- To explain the discharge procedure to the patients and follow up with the doctor's for discharge summary.
- To co-ordinate with H.K. Supervisor, if the patient needs ambulance for transportation.
- Attending phone calls in the wards.
- After discharge of a patient intimate the housekeeping staff to prepare the bed or room.
- Maintain the linen and laundry inventory.
- To coordinate with waiting hall staff for regulating attender's visits.

To perform any other work/job as & when assigned by the superiors.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
