We are revolutionizing the banking sector to make it efficient, transparent, and user-friendly. As a Site Reliability & Network Engineer, you will have the chance to build systems that you would use yourself and shape the future of banking in India.

As a key member of our team, your role focuses on designing, deploying, automating, and monitoring both traditional and cloud network infrastructure securely. You will enforce regulatory frameworks, proactive reliability, and continuous improvement with a strong focus on security and audit readiness.

  • You will lead the secure design, installation, and configuration of critical infrastructure at new and existing sites.
  • You will implement and automate regular network infrastructure audits and compliance checks using Ansible, Python, Bash, and IAC tools.
  • You will manage OS upgrades, routing changes, ACL/firewall updates, and ensure change control processes align with compliance requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, we are looking for individuals with:

  • 4+ years of experience in network and/or SRE roles with hands-on firewall expertise, including deployment, upgrades, and compliance evidence collection.
  • Practical cloud networking experience; strong grounding in IP networking, routing, switching, VPN, DNS, load balancing, and relevant security protocols.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with automation and IAC tools in regulated environments.
