Generative AI Model Developer

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Model Developer with a strong background in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science to design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions, leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and deep learning techniques to solve real-world business problems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Generative AI models for tasks such as text, code, image, and data generation using Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize performance of LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, Falcon.
  • Work with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant.
  • BUILD and deploy ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment of GenAI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate GenAI solutions into business applications.
  • Research and stay updated on emerging GenAI trends, tools, and frameworks.
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, and ethical AI practices in deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language and ML libraries.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP techniques.
  • Familiarity with vector databases.
  • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms for AI/ML deployments.
