Senior AI/ML Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Data Scientist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and software development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions using Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
  • Lead projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), recommendation engines, and predictive models.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and APIs for ML services using SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipeline development techniques.
  • Deploy and scale ML models on cloud platforms with containerization and CI/CD using Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and FastAPI/Django REST/Flask.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI systems.
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, monitoring, and explainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of hands-on AI/ML / Data Science experience.
  • Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
  • Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
  • Proven background in recommendation systems, personalization, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with APIs & microservices (FastAPI, Django REST, Flask).
  • Experience with cloud ML deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD for production ML.
