About the Role:

  • We are seeking an accomplished Performance Marketing Manager to join our team, overseeing end-to-end performance marketing strategies from planning to execution.
  • As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for measuring campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and driving continuous improvement against Key Result expectations.
  • You will conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness, building creative assets that amplify performance metrics.
  • A strong analytical mindset is essential for this role, as you will need to optimize both marketing campaigns and overall product user experience.

Requirements:

  • Mastery in performance marketing with 2-4 years of hands-on experience.
  • Proven expertise in using Meta, Google, and Amazon platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Appsflyer is necessary.
  • The ability to extract meaningful insights from data and inform marketing strategies is crucial.
  • Experience in designing and executing A/B experiments to test and refine marketing strategies is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to drive landing page optimization initiatives and contribute to user funnel conversion.
  • Additional experience in running app campaigns would be beneficial.
