Healthcare Professional Opportunity

A family physician will empower people to reverse, prevent and improve chronic metabolic diseases.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end patient care to ensure patients achieve their health goals.
  • Consult new patients on the platform to educate them about health conditions, health goals & review medical reports & prescriptions.
  • Supervise & encourage patients to achieve their health goals (example reversal of diabetes).
  • R etain patients on the program by hand holding them & encouraging to move towards their health goals.
  • Own patient outcome for your assigned set of patients.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of diabetes & general patient care.
  • Strong knowledge of medical emergencies.
  • Experience in online consultations.
  • Experience in individual handling of patients.
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Enthusiastic
  • MBBS, Diploma in diabetes/certificate course in diabetes.
