Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to spearhead our software testing initiatives.

  • As a key member of the implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test Planning and Execution
    1. Develop test plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    2. Create test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
    3. Implement best practices in software testing
  2. Automation Testing
    1. Identify automation opportunities and develop automated test scripts using Selenium and BDD framework
    2. Suggest improvements to the automation framework
  3. Defect Management
    1. Analyze test results and track software testing metrics
    2. Collaborate with developers to resolve defects
  4. Team Collaboration and Mentoring
    1. Mentor junior software testers on testing methodologies and best practices
    2. Collaborate with product developers and engineering peers to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Experience in testing web applications, databases, and APIs
  • Strong expertise in functional and non-functional testing
  • Proficient in Selenium Webdrivers and TestNG
  • Good knowledge of REST APIs and database technologies like SQL Server, MySQL
  • Proven ability to adapt to changes in requirements and learn new tools and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
