Marketing Leader Position

The Head of Marketing is a senior-level marketing position responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, focusing on demand generation through inbound and outbound marketing for B2B IT services.

This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with 10+ years of experience in B2B IT services marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in inbound and outbound marketing strategy and execution, as well as proven experience in managing client-facing marketing services projects.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's growth objectives. This includes planning and executing outbound initiatives, such as ABM LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and paid media, as well as overseeing social media, thought leadership, PR, and events to increase market presence.

The successful candidate will have excellent program management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and guide the internal marketing team. They will also be analytical-minded, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
  • Plan and execute outbound initiatives, including ABM LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and paid media.
  • Oversee social media, thought leadership, PR, and events to increase market presence.
  • Manage program delivery across multiple client-facing marketing services projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure marketing supports revenue and growth objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B IT services marketing.
  • Strong expertise in inbound and outbound marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proven experience in managing client-facing marketing services projects.
  • Solid background in employer branding initiatives and talent marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and content management systems.
