Job Title:

Sr. Principal Engineer – NVH

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Principal Engineer to join our team in Vehicle NVH Development. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of vehicle NVH performance.

You will have extensive experience in vehicle NVH development, including a deep understanding of NVH requirements and solutions across various vehicle architectures. Proven expertise in applying vehicle NVH development tools and methodologies to diagnose and resolve complex NVH issues is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering from a reputable institution, with a strong academic record and relevant practical skills in vehicle NVH engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the vehicle NVH development team and oversee all phases of vehicle-level NVH delivery throughout the development cycle.
  • Develop and implement effective NVH strategies to ensure excellence in NVH performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate NVH risks and deliver high-quality NVH performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior engineers to ensure smooth implementation of NVH suggestions.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 14 years of experience in vehicle NVH development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality NVH performance.
  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle NVH simulation techniques and advanced NVH analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
