We are seeking a full-time Data Governance Specialist who will support high-quality and complete product data for various business units. The individual will contribute to continuous improvement opportunities of existing products primarily within the InRiver PIM system. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement by managing various connector error logs, coordinating miscellaneous data collection and uploads to support syndication and marketing teams, and running data scorecards to identify opportunities. This role will work closely with data stewards, MarTech, and other internal teams.
Job Description
- • Oversee error logs of InRiver connectors and APIs and escalate issues as needed.
- • Collect and load product enhancements for existing products and strategic initiatives.
- • Run product scorecards and analyse the results.
- • Enforce data processes & standards for product lines.
- • Collaborate with multiple departments in conducting item data audits.
- • Analyse data quality issues and work closely with data stewards on a recommended plan to resolve.
- • Assist with data requests by collaborating with cross-functional departments.
- • Support special projects as requested.
- • Complete data loads into InRiver as requested.
- • Generate data reports out of InRiver as needed or requested.
