Advanced Excel Training Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be skilled in imparting training and monitoring the student life cycle to ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Impart training on IT related topics.
  • Basic hardware & software knowledge, including computer spares, operating systems, and application software.
  • Basic MS Word skills, such as page layout, printing, headers, and footers.
  • Internet knowledge, including web browsing, email creation, and online shopping.
  • Concepts of Google Drive and OneDrive.
  • Online meeting tools like WebEx and Skype.
  • Remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including cell references, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Pivot, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, AND functions, and data validation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree.
  • At least one year of experience as a faculty member or trainer.
  • Relevant industry experience of 1-3 years.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with patience and perseverance.
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in soft skill training and personality development.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and counsel students.
  • A genuine liking for teaching as a career.
  • Prior experience as a faculty member, trainer, or instructor is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Student enrollment and placement for the course/batch.
