Advanced Systems Engineer

Job Description:

As an Advanced Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for executing programming tasks for assigned projects while staying within budgeted hours and schedule. You will provide recommendations to enhance software/programs, service support, and testing activities to improve the competitiveness of our products.

You will support the maintenance and development of systems and team resources to enable effective technology transfer to the marketplace. This includes identifying and executing opportunities for continuous improvement in work processes and productivity, optimizing project deliverables through efficient methods, systems, and tools.

Typical tasks include customizing and/or developing software architecture and logic, operator interface applications, integration, testing, verification, and validation of control system solutions, converting functional specifications or process control ideas into software, and creating or improving master programs and feature definitions.
