Job Title: Airport Operations Specialist

Overview:

  • Contribute to the success of airport operations by managing processes and systems that ensure smooth flight departures, arrivals, and ground handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage airport operations systems and applications for crew, ground staff, departure control, turn-around, baggage, and loading.
  2. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient utilization of resources and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  3. Maintain accurate records of flight data, passenger information, and other relevant details.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
  5. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance airport operations and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • International Air Transport Association (IATA) certification or diploma in travel and tourism.
  • Proficiency in airline industry knowledge and airport systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
