Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced candidate to execute DCS projects that require migrating older process graphic environments (operator interface) to newer applications.

  • Reverse engineer existing functionalities and design equivalents in newer operator interfaces.
  • Configure process graphics in HMI applications and test the functionality.
  • Develop intuitive operator interfaces that meet functional requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Process Graphics Development: Design and develop process graphics and graphical elements in HMI to cater to functional requirements.
  • Functional Design Specifications: Develop functional design specifications and test procedures for process graphics.
  • Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer older functionalities and implement them in newer applications using equivalent features.
  • Process Graphics Testing: Detailed functional testing of every graphical element and overall graphical interface.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the project execution team to deliver quality solutions to customers.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: 2-3 years of technical expertise in HMI design, configuration, and testing of Distributed Control System.
  • PID Reading and Decoding: Able to read P&ID's and decode functionality to implement in Distributed Control System.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in Oil and Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical industry.
  • Programming Skills: Knowledge of Visual Basic and basic understanding of TypeScript.
