Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Development Manager to join our team at CapTalent HR. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in driving business growth and development.

About the Role:

  • This position will be responsible for managing the sales process, from lead generation to conversion, to drive revenue growth.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of CRM systems and experience in using them to manage customer interactions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities and developing strategies to convert leads into customers.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners.
  3. Use CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

Working Conditions:

This role is based in Chennai and requires immediate joiners only. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to this location and start work without delay.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package will also be offered.
