CRM Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Development Manager to join our team at CapTalent HR. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in driving business growth and development.
About the Role:
- This position will be responsible for managing the sales process, from lead generation to conversion, to drive revenue growth.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A strong understanding of CRM systems and experience in using them to manage customer interactions is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities and developing strategies to convert leads into customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Use CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Working Conditions:
This role is based in Chennai and requires immediate joiners only. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to this location and start work without delay.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package will also be offered.
