The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Tamil, and have a salary expectation of 1-2 lakhs per annum. The position requires immediate notice.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing HR correspondence, including employee relations and benefits
  2. Coordinating with employees on HR-related issues, such as training and development
  3. Collaborating with the Accounts team for payroll processing, including TDS payments
  4. Managing internal arrangements, such as travel and wi-fi reimbursements
  5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
