Job Description

As a Meta Ads Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive campaign success on Facebook & Instagram. You will work closely with clients, analyze performance data, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

You will plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring profitability and effective budget management. Additionally, you will generate performance reports and present insights to clients, as well as stay up-to-date with the latest Meta features, trends, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute Meta ad campaigns for multiple brands
  • Scale campaigns profitably and manage monthly budgets effectively
  • Generate performance reports and present insights to clients
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for campaign success
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels

Requirements
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of scaling brand campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and client communication skills
